Overall impression on 5 we were happy with the stay. However, in our opinion, the hotel needs a little improvement. With such a large number of small children, the playroom should be much larger, the animators did not have much of an approach to the kids. Older children 10+ have nothing to do in case of bad weather. A hotel more focused for children up to 10 years of age. The room is clean, nice, but the lady who came to clean changed the towels, vacuumed, added water, replaced the basket, and the bathroom was not cleaned, the glasses were left as dirty as they were in their place, like a hollyhock thing, and attention is noticed.

Pokój czysty ładny ale Pani ktora przyszła posprzątać wymienila ręczniki odkurzyła dostawiła wode wymienila kosz a łazienka nie posprzątana,szklanki jak były brudne tak zostały ma swoim miejscu niby malw rzecz a zwraca się uwagę.

The hotel is very nicely located, beautiful views. Nice apartments, well cleaned. Very nice employees, you can see that they love their job. A smorgasbord works very well, we put on as much as we are able to eat. The pool is nice for both the elderly and children.

Lots of attractions organized by the hotel for adults and children. Cleaning the rooms every day can be given up in exchange for a drink. Ample parking for an additional fee. Swimming pools nice solution for children only 20.30 hours then for older ones. I highly recommend visiting again one day 😄🤩

I am very happy with the location. The menu is composed in such a way that everyone can find something for themselves. The size of the apartment is more than sufficient. Poczułam się tu bardzo mile widziany, personel był niezwykle życzliwy. Ze śniadania nikt nie wychodził głodny. W pokojach cisza i spokój, wypoczynku nie zakłócają żadne hałasy. Łazienka dosyć duża, pokoje przestronne, wszędzie czysto. Dużo atrakcji w okolicy, wszędzie można dojść spacerkiem.

Przypuszczam, że mają świetnego kucharza, bo dania zawsze były przepyszne. Na wieżę SKY WALK można dojść spacerkiem. Pokoje są dobrze wygłuszone, czysto i pięknie. Baseny fajne, jednak jak na taką ilość pokoi i gości odwiedzających to zdecydowanie za mały. Małe baseny i mało basenów dla dzieci, bardzo dużo ludzi korzysta z basenów był tłok.Czyściutko i tak lubię!

The biggest drawback of this hotel is the indoor pool, which is simply too small, and there are not enough deckchairs or even hangers to hang a bathrobe. An ideal place for active people, close to bicycle routes, a ski lift, and walking paths. The hotel provides the highest level of food. Very tasty. The cleaning service is very nice. Przy pełnym obłożeniu na basenie panuje scisk i chaos. Natomiast w pokojach cisza i spokój, wypoczynku nie zakłócają żadne hałasy. Idealne miejsce dla osób aktywnych, blisko do tras rowerowych, wyciągu, ścieżek spacerowych. Wyżywienie w hotelu na najwyższym poziomie. Bardzo smaczne. Obsługa sprzątająca bardzo miła. Pokoje czyściutkie.

We are satisfied with the stay, one star is deducted for the restaurant ala carte. I'm not a fan of buffets, so we decided on this option of catering. Food is a very important aspect for us. In a hotel that directs its marketing to families with children, I would expect some cooler and healthier options than fries, nuggets and pizza, which, by the way, were veeery different in quality from the other dishes on the menu. As a result, the kids preferred to eat my dishes and after trying their options, I'm not surprised at all. The staff probably also had a worse day, I couldn't resist the impression that we were not welcome there. My children often eat in restaurants and can behave in them, but they were immediately judged in advance. For the first time in many years, I really didn't feel like leaving a tip in a restaurant. It's a pity, because in bad weather we would have liked to eat at the hotel, but we preferred to look for options outside the hotel and there, to your disadvantage, we were not disappointed. Outside the restaurant, the staff was very polite and I had absolutely no problems. The very friendly lifeguards and the animator deserve praise. I will definitely consider another stay, because you have a good restaurant in the neighborhood, but I hope that you will take my argument to heart and next time I will not be disappointed:)

Jesteśmy zadowoleni z pobytu, jedną gwiazdkę odejmuje za restaurację ala carte. Nie jestem fanką bufetów, dlatego zdecydowaliśmy się na tę opcję wyzywienia. Jedzenie jest dla nas bardzo istotnym aspektem. W hotelu, który swój marketing kieruje do rodzin z dziećmi, oczekiwałabym jakiś fajniejszych i zdrowszych opcji niż frytki, nuggetsy i pizza, które swoją drogą baaaardzo mocno odbiegały jakością od pozostałych dan z menu. Dzieciaki w rezultacie wolały zjeść moje dania i po spróbowaniu ich opcji wcale im się nie dziwię. Obsługa chyba tez miała gorszy dzień, nie mogłam oprzeć się wrażeniu, że nie jesteśmy tam mile widziani. Moje dzieci często jadają w restauracjach i potrafią się w nich zachować, jednak zostały od razu ocenione z góry. Naprawdę pierwszy raz od wielu lat nie miałam ochoty zostawić w restauracji napiwku. Szkoda, bo przy niepogodzie chętnie zjedlibyśmy w hotelu, jednak woleliśmy szukać opcji poza hotelem i tam, na waszą niekorzyść, się nie rozczarowaliśmy. Poza restauracją obsługa była bardzo uprzejma i nie miałam absolutnie żadnych problemów. Na pochwałę zasługują zwłaszcza bardzo sympatyczni ratownicy i animatorka. Na pewno rozważę kolejny pobyt, bo w sąsiedztwie macie dobrą restaurację, ale mam nadzieję, że jednak weźmiecie sobie mój wywód do serca i następnym razem się nie rozczaruje :)

Obiadokolacje są syte i warte swojej ceny. Śniadania pyszne! Liczne i dość łatwe trasy spacerowe w okolicy hotelu zachęcają do wędrówek. Część basenowa jest bardzo wygodna, wiele leżaków, sporo miejsca w szatni i dość duże baseny. Przestronne pokoje z dużym łóżkiem i rozkładaną sofą, duża ilość szafek - wszystko, czego potrzeba. Taki personel zasługuje na 5+!

Cudnie i przejrzyście w apartamencie, jakby był przygotowany specjalnie pode mnie :) Jeśli ktoś szuka niedużej miejscowości, ale z wieloma atrakcjami, polecam Świeradów. Dania z restauracji Elements są dopracowane i cieszą podniebienie. Hotel miał pełne obłożenie, mimo tego, jedzenia nie brakowało i był utrzymywany porządek. Każdy szczegół w hotelu jest dopracowany, nawet pomieszczenia na sprzęt zimowy.

I would like to thank the wonderful cleaning lady (Polish, blonde - unfortunately I don't remember her name) who changed her schedule to take care of our room (410) with a smile on her face, without any pretensions, with great kindness. We are very grateful for her commitment and professionalism. I would also like to thank your amazing animators – Julia, Julia and Monika! They were really fantastic, the children were delighted and had a great time. Their enthusiasm, kindness and professionalism made each child feel special. Despite the unfavorable weather, she considers her stay to be successful :)

Bardzo ładne, czyste i przestronne pokoje ze wszelkimi udogodnieniami. Uśmiechnięty i zawsze pomocny personel. Chciałbym serdecznie podziękować wspaniałej pani sprzątaczce( Polka, blondynka - niestety nie pamiętam imienia) , która zmieniła swój harmonogram, aby zadbać o nasz pokój (410) z uśmiechem na twarzy, bez żadnych pretensji, z ogromną życzliwością. Jesteśmy bardzo wdzięczni za jej zaangażowanie i profesjonalizm. Chciałbym również serdecznie podziękować Waszym niesamowitym animatorkom – Julii, Julii i Monice! Były naprawdę fantastyczne, dzieci były zachwycone i doskonale się bawiły. Ich entuzjazm, życzliwość i profesjonalizm sprawiły, że każde dziecko czuło się wyjątkowo. Nice location, on the main promenade of Świeradów 10-15 min walk. The hotel offers a wide range of massages, everyone will find something for themselves.

Wszystko jest dokładnie myte i dezynfekowane. Pyszne sałatki i dania mięsne, byliśmy bardzo zadowoleni z wyżywienia. Recepcja dobrze poinformowana, wszystko ok. Fajna lokalizacja, na główny deptak Świeradowa 10-15 min spacerkiem. Hotel oferuje szeroki wybór masaży, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie.

Można odetchnąć pełną piersią, z hotelu po horyzont roztaczają się piękne widoki. Zostałem świetnie obsłużony, na pewno tu wrócę nie raz. Wszędzie porządek jest utrzymany na wysokim poziomie, 10/10. W każdym pokoju jest balkon, można wypić kawę o poranku ciesząc się pięknymi widokami. Doskonałe jedzenie to wielki atut hotelu Elements.

In the evenings, the hotel organizes live music or other activities. We are very pleased with the behavior of the staff, first class. I am very satisfied with the location of the hotel. Bez względu na to czy byliśmy na śniadaniu o 8 czy przed 11 zawsze był duży wybór. Pokoje ładnie urządzone, przytulne i zadbane. Wieczorami hotel organizuje muzykę na żywo lub inne atrakcje. Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z zachowania personelu, pierwsza klasa. Jestem bardzo zadowolona z lokalizacji hotelu. W części apartamentowej brakuje systematycznego serwisu (uzupełnienie wody, kawy, herbaty) . Warto to wprowadzić

Pomimo dużej liczby osób w hotelu w restauracji nie brakowało miejsc i nie było kolejek do jedzenia. Super miejsce, idealne dla rodzin z dziećmi - basen z podgrzewaną wodą, animacje na wysokim poziomie.
