Auch der Weg ins Haupthaus, wo sich Pool, Restaurant, Spielmöglichkeiten etc. Befinden War Dust. Somit konnte alles gut und schnell erreicht werden. Super fand ich die Regelung bei Sauna und Pool, dass ab 20.30 Uhr nur Erwachsene dort sein dürfen - da konnte man nochmal entspannen und sich vom Tag erholen. Interessant finde ich nach wie vor, dass man wenig davon mitbekam, dass es auch ein Familienhotel ist - selten Kinder gesehen und gehört. Klar, dass man bei Halbpension im Restaurant etwas mitbekommen hat, sonst aber wirklich kaum zu spüren. Das Buffet morgens und abends bei Halbpension war ausreichend ausgestattet und viel Auswahl zur Verfügung. Vielleicht sieht man sich bald dort wieder.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is good, the most important points of Świeradów within easy reach. The food in the restaurant is delicious and extraordinary. Breakfasts are fine. The sauna zone is sensational (saunas are large and neat), on the plus side of the entire SPA zone are the hours for adults after 8:30 p.m.

Obsługa bardzo sympatyczna i pomocna. Lokalizacja hotelu dobra, najważniejsze punkty Świeradowa w zasięgu ręki. Jedzenie w restauracji pyszne i nietuzinkowe. Śniadania w porządku. Strefa saun rewelacyjna (sauny duże i schludne), na plus całej strefy SPA są godziny dla dorosłych po 20:30.

The hotel is very nice, very large, the rooms are nice, clean, the breakfasts are delicious. The variety is enormous. The pool area is ok, although for such a large facility, the pool is small and there are no attractions such as a slide. Jacuzzi also only 2 and small. We were at the pool in the evening so it was already relaxed. I don't know how it is during the day but I imagine that it will be cramped.... We are very happy with the stay. Hotel, service at a high level. Recommend!

Strefa basenowa ok chociaż jak na tak duży obiekt to basen jest mały i nie ma żadnych atrakcji typu zjeżdżalnia. Jacuzzi też tylko 2 i małe. Na basenie byliśmy wieczorem więc było już luźno. Nie wiem jak jest w ciągu dnia ale wyobrażam sobie , że ciasno…. Jesteśmy mega zadowoleni z pobytu. Hotel, obsługa na wysokim poziomie. Polecam !

Great for family holidays with toddlers. Lots of options for kids. The pool was warm and the rooms very clean and new. The highlight was the breakfast. Something for everyone. Especially the pancakes and mini croissant were delicious. We hadn't booked dinner, but right at the hotel there is an Italian restaurant with super delicious pizzas and homemade pasta. Price ratio like in Germany. Highly recommended for families with children.

Super für Familienurlaub mit Kleinkindern. Viele Möglichkeiten für Kinder. Das Pool war warm und die Zimmer sehr sauber und Neu. Das Highlight war der Frühstück. Für jeden etwas dabei. Vor allem die Pancakes und mini Croissant waren sehr lecker. Abendessen hatten wir nicht gebucht, aber direkt am Hotel befindet sich ein Italienisches Restaurant mit super leckeren Pizzen und hausgemachte Nudeln. Preisverhältnis wie in Deutschland. Für Familien mit Kinder sehr empfehlenswert.

The rooms are nice, clean, a small note to heating in building no. 2 (apartment on the edge) - in the evening the radiators are still cold and simply cool in the room. A cold room is not thermal comfort for everyone. On the plus side, it is possible to stay with a pet, but when booking online, there is no information that the apartment may not have a balcony, but only a walk-through grassy area (2216), which limits privacy. Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange the apartment due to high occupancy. A nice, diverse swimming pool area, although the addition of three more buildings (more guests) means that during Christmas, May holidays, etc., the occupancy of the zone is beyond possibilities. A big minus, the steam sauna turned off (apparently out of order) for the long May weekend - this is a mistake of the hotel staff, who was aware of the increased number of guests familiarized with the hotel's offer (even on the website). All in all, a pleasant stay with nice, helpful and efficient service, good and varied catering service. On the downside, there are details such as: the layout of the apartment in the online offer (balcony), the inability to adjust the temperature by the hotel guest (because there was simply nothing to regulate) or not all the equipment available (in the pool area) despite the awareness of increased hotel occupancy than usual.

Pobyt na dłuższy weekend majówkowy, więc świadomy byłem większego obłożenia hotelu niż w zwykłe weekendy. Wyraźnie na plus obie restauracje, i ta serwująca śniadania i obiadokolacje oraz la carte. Wybór duży i różnorodny, każdy coś dla siebie znalazł, w dodatku smacznie i czysto z miłą obsługą. Obawiałem się zatoru przy śniadaniu ale obsługa zarówno podająca posiłki jak i sprzątająca moim zdaniem na poziomie. Pokoje ładne, czyste, mała uwaga do ogrzewania w budynku nr 2 (apartament na skraju) - wieczorem kaloryfery jeszcze zimne i zwyczajnie chłodno w pokoju. Nie dla każdego zimne pomieszczenie to komfort termiczny. Na plus możliwość pobytu z pupilem, natomiast przy rezerwacji internetowej brak informacji, że apartament może nie mieć balkonu a jedynie przechodni teren trawiasty (2216) co ogranicza prywatność. Niestety brak możliwości wymiany apartamentu ze względu na duże obłożenie. Fajna, różnorodna strefa basenowa, chociaż dobudowanie trzech kolejnych budynków (więcej gości) powoduje, że w okresie świąt, majówki, itp, obłożenie strefy jest pond możliwości. Duży minus, wyłączona sauna parowa (ponoć niesprawna) na okres długiego weekendu majowego - to błąd obsługi hotelu, która była świadoma zwiększonej ilości gości, zapoznanych z ofertą hotelu (chociażby na stronie internetowej). Podsumowując, przyjemny pobyt z miłą, pomocną i sprawną obsługą, dobrym i różnorodnym serwisem gastronomicznym. Na minus szczegóły, jak: układ apartamentu w ofercie internetowej (balkon), brak możliwości regulacji temperatury przez gościa hotelu (bo po prostu nie było co regulować) czy nie wszystkie urządzenia dostępne (w strefie basenowej) pomimo świadomości zwiększonego obłożenia hotelu niż zazwyczaj.

Chyběly jednorázové pantofle do spa zóny, které jsme na ostatních viděli. Hotel jinak krásný a čistý. Personál velice příjemný a dokonce většina umí česky. Děti se tu opravdu nenudí. Je zde super herna, bazén a venkovní hřiště, kde se mohou pořádně vyřádit. Celkově moc hezká dovolená v krásném hotel, kde nás bohužel zklamal apartmán zvláště k ceně když jedna noc nás vyšla na cca 6 tisic.

The stay at the hotel was fantastic! Modern design, comfortable and perfectly clean rooms made us feel very comfortable. A big plus was the Saturday yoga session – perfect for relaxing in the morning. The evening sauna rituals also made a great impression – professional and very relaxing. A place definitely worth recommending for people looking for peace and high standard.

Pobyt w hotelu był fantastyczny! Nowoczesny design, wygodne i perfekcyjnie czyste pokoje sprawiły, że czuliśmy się bardzo komfortowo. From the very entrance, everything is positive. My husband said he was impressed... And it is difficult to satisfy him in this respect 🤣, we consciously chose the part where the apartments are located. It didn't bother us to walk those few meters through the manor. There are locker rooms at the swimming pool, so there was no problem where to leave your private belongings, besides, there is a bathrobe in the rooms. Next to the apartment part there is an outdoor swimming pool with a slide, which will probably be available in June (I didn't see photos of this pool on booking so I was positively surprised by this fact) right next to it is a playground. The service is very nice, the food is tasty, very clean. The hotel is close to the mountain railway and the toboggan run. The town is charming, so thank you for a nice stay. Greetings

Już od samego wejścia wszystko jest na plus. Mój mąż powiedział że jest pod wrażeniem...a go trudno zadowolić pod tym względem 🤣 my swiadomie wybralismy częśc gdzie są apartamenty. Nie przeszkadzało nam przejść te pare metrów przez dwor. Na basenie są szatnie więc nie było problemu gdzie zostawić swoich prywatnych rzeczy, pozatym w pokojach jest szlafrok. Przy części apartamentowej jest basen odkryty ze zjeżdżalnia, który chyba w czerwcu będzie dostępny (nie widzialam zdjec tego basenu na booking wiec bylam tym faktem pozytywnie zdziwiona) zaraz obok jest plac zabaw. Obsługa bardzo miła, jedzenie smaczne, bardzo czysto. Hotel jest blisko kolejki górskiej i toru saneczkowego. Miasteczko urokliwe więc dziękujemy za miły pobyt. Pozdrawiamy

We stayed at the hotel during the Easter holidays. We stayed in the main building, which certainly made the stay much easier. If you are making a reservation, keep in mind that you can get a room in a different building, which can be quite cumbersome, as all the attractions, spa, pool, lobby bar, canteen are located in the main building. The hotel has as many as 3 parking options, we chose the option with an internal garage in the main building. From the garage you will take the elevator directly to the reception, which is located on the 2nd floor. During Easter, there were many additional animations for children, egg painting, a balloon show, a meeting with Żabka in Lobb, a meeting with firefighters in Dyngusa. Definitely a hotel for families with children, you could see that there were children everywhere. If you are looking for peace and quiet, and a more peaceful stay, keep this in mind. I recommend a stay in the SPA and a 360-degree massage, which lasts 75 minutes. The rooms in the main building were rather normal, we received a welcome gift, which was a nice touch. I asked for the iron to be delivered to the room, there was no problem with that. The hotel also has a children's club and swimming pools, as well as 2 children's games rooms. In the pool area there are 3 swimming pools (a small one dedicated to children, the second one also small with hot water, where you can sit and enjoy a water massage, the third: the largest but for me a bit too cold water) and a jacuzzi. On the plus side, they organize Aqua dance. The pool area is only available for children until 20:30. During the summer season, you can still use the outdoor pool. You can also rent an electric bike at the hotel, it is a lot of fun to ride it to the Sky Walk 😉 Observation Tower. The food is quite tasty, a large selection during meals, a dedicated Kids menu zone. We didn't go hungry. The hotel made it possible to order an Easter basket so that you could spend Christmas according to tradition. On the first day of Christmas, a festive breakfast was prepared, a nice touch was that the table was set up especially for the guests. Families sat alone in their own group. I recommend this hotel.

Hotel posiada aż 3 opcję zaparkowania, my wybraliśmy opcję z garażem wewnętrznym w głównym budynku. Z garażu wjedziesz windą do razu do recepcji, która znajduje się na 2 piętrze. Podczas Wielkanocy było wiele dodatkowych animacji dla dzieci, malowanie jajek, balonowe show, spotkanie z Żabką w Lobb, spotkanie ze strażakami w Dyngusa. Zdecydowanie hotel dla rodzin z dziećmi, było widać, że wszędzie są dzieci. Jeżeli szukasz ciszy, i pobytu w bardziej spokojnej atmosferze, to miej to na uwadze. Polecam pobyt w SPA oraz masaż 360 stopni, który trwa 75 minut. Pokoje w głównym budynku raczej w normie, otrzymaliśmy prezent powitalny, co było miłym akcentem. Poprosiłam o dostarczenie żelazka do pokoju, nie było z tym problemu. W hotelu znajduje się też klub dla dzieci i baseny, oraz 2 sale gier dla dzieci. W strefie basenów znajdują się 3 baseny (mały dedykowany dla dzieci, drugi też mały z ciepłą wodą, gdzie można posiedzieć i pocieszyć się masażem wodnym, trzeci: największy ale jak dla mnie trochę za zimna woda) oraz jacuzzi. Plusem jest że organizują Aqua dance. Strefa basenów jest dostępna dla dzieci tylko do godziny 20:30. Podczas sezonu letniego można jeszcze skorzystać z basenu zewnętrznego. Na terenie hotelu można również wypożyczyć rower elektryczny, mega frajdą wjechać nim pod Wieżę Widokową Sky Walk 😉 Mieliśmy wykupione śniadania i obiado-kolację, bez problemu można również zjeść w Lobby Barze albo zamówić jedzenie do pokoju. Jedzenie dość smaczne, duży wybór podczas posiłków, dedykowana strefa Kids menu. Nie chodziliśmy głodni. Hotel umożliwił zamówienie koszyczka wielkanocnego, aby można było spędzić święta zgodnie z tradycją. W pierwszy dzień świąt przygotowane było świąteczne śniadanie, miłym akcentem było to, że stolik były ustawione specjalnie pod gości. Rodziny siedziały same w swoim gronie. Polecam ten hotel.

The cleaning ladies do their job very well, until it shines! The level of service in the hotel is very high. Excellent location in Świeradów, I recommend it to skiers. The dishes were tasty and even with a large number of guests, everything was replenished on an ongoing basis.

Panie sprzątające bardzo dobrze wykonują swoją pracę, aż lśni! Poziom obsługi w hotelu jest bardzo wysoki. Doskonała lokalizacja w Świeradowie, polecam narciarzom. Dania smaczne i nawet przy sporej liczbie Gości nie brakowało, wszystko na bieżąco uzupełniane.

A big plus for the hotel for the pool, different from all the others, darkened, in wood-like tiles. The restaurant employs very cordial people, which is a big advantage. A smorgasbord works very well, we put on as much as we are able to eat. Outside the window there is a picturesque scenery. You can feel the mountain climate.

Wielki plus dla hotelu za basen, inny niż wszystkie, przyciemniony, w drewnopodobnych płytkach. W restauracji pracują bardzo serdeczne osoby, to duży atut. Szwedzki stół bardzo się sprawdza, nakładamy tyle ile jesteśmy w stanie zjeść. Za oknem roztacza się malownicza sceneria. Czuć górski klimat.
