The Szrenica shelter is located on the top of the mountain of the same name (1,362 m above sea level), in the Karkonosze National Park, on the main Karkonosze tourist trail (red), 300 m from the border (15 minutes to the former tourist border crossing with the Czech Republic). It is an ideal base for trips and tourists on both the Polish and Czech sides. From Szrenica you can continue the route to Śnieżne Kotły.
